Ingredients (for 4 people)
・Chicken breast... about 400g to 500g Lightly poke the whole with the tip of a knife and flatten it slightly.

・Appropriate amount of bread crumbs・・・ Lightly fry in olive oil and butter ・Tomato sauce・・・about 100cc
・Potatoes, zucchini ETC.
how to make
1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, add olive oil and butter to a frying pan with garlic, and fry.
2. Remove the oil from the breast meat in step 1 with a piece of paper, put the skin side up, and apply mustard.
