About payment methods, cancellations and returns

We offer the following payment methods

• KOMOJU - Convenience store payment (prepayment)

Cards accepted are VISA / MASTER / JCB / AMEX. The payment amount will be automatically deducted from your designated account based on the membership terms and conditions of each credit card company.

When entering your card information, we use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. Since the authentication (online screening) is performed directly on the SSL server, we do not store your card number.

When paying by credit card, please use the shopping cart and select credit card payment in the order form.

Cash on delivery (currently unavailable)

*Due to an increase in fraudulent orders, we are currently suspending our service. We have added a payment method called "Paidy deferred payment" as an alternative method, so please consider it.
