Originally, "cut off meat" is literally the offcuts made at the stage of shaping sliced meat or steak meat.
We used to sell it in our store, but as the popularity of "cut off" became popular, it was not easy to get offcuts. It has become a style that mixes multiple parts such as thighs and cuts into 1/2 to 1/3.
In other words, our chopped meat is the same quality as sliced meat for sukiyaki and shabu-shabu, but the size is different.
It is very popular not only as a meat for everyday use, but also as a meat to use for casual parties such as sukiyaki with friends.
