It's a little luxurious sliced meat.
Until now, Tatsuya's "cut off meat" was made mainly of lean parts such as ribs, thighs, and loins.
Therefore, the newly introduced “marbled cut off meat” is a collection of marbling parts.
We use "shoulder/shoulder misuji", which is lean but finely marbled and soft, and "sirloin" where you can enjoy the sweetness of the fat.
The price is considerably cheaper than buying regular marbled slices.
At our shop, we cut off the meat only for "cut off meat".
Originally, "cut off meat" is literally the offcuts made at the stage of shaping sliced meat or steak meat.
We used to sell it in our store, but due to the popularity of "cut off", it is not possible to get offcuts conveniently, and as a result, at our store, the usual "for sukiyaki and shabu-shabu" slices are sold. It became a style to gather in the center and cut it to 1/2 to 1/3.
In other words, our chopped meat is the same quality as sliced meat for sukiyaki and shabu-shabu, but the size is different.
It is very popular not only as a meat for everyday use, but also as a meat to use for casual parties such as sukiyaki with friends.
