Kikuchi Sake Brewery Kurodasho -
It is a pure rice sake bearing the name of "Kurodasho", the upper stream of Banshu Kakogawa in Hyogo Prefecture, where the highest grade sake rice "Yamada Nishiki" is produced. The long-established Kikuchi Sake Brewery, founded in 1878, is characterized by its refreshing taste and wide, mellow flavor.
Kurodashō is the birthplace of Tajima beef, the base of Kobe beef. The sake is made from rice grown in the same land, so it goes great with it. When adjusting the taste of sukiyaki, it creates a delicious taste that cannot be achieved with water.

Kakucho Yuasa Soy Sauce -
Founded 170 years ago, Yuasa Soy Sauce boasts the oldest soy sauce "Kakucho" Maru Soy Sauce. This is a "dark mouth soy sauce" that has been naturally brewed for a year to a year and a half in Yoshino cedar Edo barrels.
It is characterized by a natural flavor and a soft aroma that cannot be found in commercially mass-produced soy sauce. The rich yet gentle taste matches well with the flavor of Kobe beef fat. A live soy sauce that does not use any preservatives or chemical seasonings.

Sanuki Wasanbon sugar is the highest quality sugar from Mitani Seito Hane Sanuki Honpo, which has been manufacturing traditional methods for 200 years since its founding in Bunka 1.

The beef used is, of course, Kobe beef from our shop "Kobe Motomachi Tatsuya". "Kobe Beef" is made from carefully selected Tajima Beef from Hyogo Prefecture. In addition, we have carefully selected the best sliced meat for sukiyaki by Tatsuya's craftsmen.
Kobe beef is unique to Kobe beef in that it has a texture that is made from fine marbling and has a light, high-quality fat. The rich aroma that spreads by "baking" at the beginning cannot suppress the rise of appetite.

We use the finest pork loin with beautiful marbling that can be called art. Our sukiyaki meat is the softest and melts on your tongue. The sweet and rich aroma of the fat that spreads as soon as it is baked is also exquisite.
