At our store, we are more familiar with Kansai-style seasoning with ``sake, soy sauce, and sugar,'' so we have not sold warishita for a long time.
In the midst of all this, I finally came across ``Sukiyaki Sauce'' from ``Nakamaru Soy Sauce'', a long-established shop in Kyushu that has been in business for 150 years.
The low salt content and mellow flavor bring out the flavor of Kobe beef.
